By downloading or using Proloca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service description

Proloca is a personal trading journal for recording trades and reviewing statistics, psychology, accounts, goals and risk. It does not execute trades, connect to brokers, provide market access, deliver signals or predict results.

No financial advice or performance guarantee

Proloca provides no financial, investment or trading advice. Statistics and observations are deterministic descriptions of data you record, not predictions. Past recorded performance does not guarantee future results. You remain responsible for every trading decision and for verifying any third-party broker or prop-firm rule.

Your responsibilities

• Enter and review data accurately
• Keep appropriate exports or backups
• Protect your device and Apple account
• Use Proloca in accordance with applicable law

Subscriptions

Journal — Monthly · Yearly; Pro — Monthly · Yearly.

Apple shows the current local price and any eligible introductory offer before you subscribe.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple account and renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel them in Apple ID subscription settings.

Refunds

Apple makes App Store refund decisions. Proloca may provide Apple with refund-related purchase and product usage information through Adapty as described in the Privacy Policy. You may contact hello@proloca.app to revoke future sharing where supported.

Intellectual property

Proloca, its original content, design, features and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Proloca is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss or trading losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
